Refund and Returns Policy

At London Tower Books & Media, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including physical books and digital downloads (e.g., PDF or ePub files).

Physical Books

:Return Period

.You may return a physical book within 30 days of receiving your order

:Eligibility Criteria

• .The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• .It must be in the original packaging.

• .Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

:Non-returnable situations

• .If the book is used or damaged by the customer.

• .If the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

• If the damage was caused by the customer, not due to shipping or production error

:Refunds

• .Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

:Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged book).

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital Books (Downloadable Products)

:Strict Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital book sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed or the download has begun.

: Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases

• The digital file has been downloaded or attempted to download.

• The customer entered an incorrect email address.

• The file is not compatible with the customer’s device (please ensure compatibility before purchase).

Exchanges

:We only replace items if

• A physical book arrives damaged or defective.

• A technical failure prevents download access and the file has not been downloaded.

Gift Purchases

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return (physical books only).

• If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
